United States & Canada: Import duties and taxes are covered by Ember Lighting.

All other countries: Buyers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees.

All products are handcrafted and made to order.

Canada & United States: 5–8 business days

International: 5–9 business days

After this period, production may already be underway, and we may be unable to accommodate changes or cancellations.
